Novelty Cake entry for the Dyffryn Gardens Show

I travelled up from Carmarthen to Dyffryn Gardens early on the morning of the show and was suprised by the number of people already there at that time in the morning.
I had a fantastic day at Dyffryn Gardens, which are stunning, and I was truly amazed to win in both the Rich Fruit Cake and the Decorated Novelty Cake classes.
I think the highlight of my day was being interviewed by James Martin, despite his comments about under eye bags!!!!
